Hello To All!
Alexa Christian is a current junior at the University of Mississippi studying Theatre Arts and American Sign Language, set to graduate in 2025. She grew up most of her life in Memphis TN but stayed in Flint/Grand Blanc MI for a little while. She loves to read, watch movies (her favorite is "Remember the Titans"), and photography when she isn't writing the day away! Because her mother is an English teacher, writing has always been a significant part of her life. Still, she decided to gather her works into a publication in the summer of 2020 to begin her literacy campaign.
A Few of my Favorite Books!
Being the bibliophile I am I could talk forever of the wonderful books that I have had the pleasure of reading but there are a few that I immediately think of when asked to list my favorites. Since the 8th grade it has been "Tuesdays with Morrie" by Mitch Albom but titles have rightfully earned their spots on my list since then. My all-time favorite series? The Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan hands down! "Children of Blood and Bone" by Toni Adeyemi, "Alone With You In The Ether" by Olivie Blake, and "The Beautiful Ones" by Silvia Moreno-Garcia are books that have definitely captured my heart.
